Learn from contact with animals
The Mini Keeper activity allows children from 6 to 10 years old to enjoy a special experience, lasting almost 2 hours, at the ZooParc de Beauval.
While taking their first steps into an extraordinary world, they will discover what an animal keeper’s job entails. Preparing meals, meeting extraordinary species… our scientific facilitators will accompany your children during these educationally enriching activities!
Please note, at least one adult must accompany their child/children (€ 5 per accompanying adult).

The programme
1:45 p.m. Welcome of the children by the mediator at the meeting point of the dome cave.
Accompanied by a scientific mediator, the children will discover the profession of animal caretaker by solving games and puzzles. To make the experience even more immersive, they will carry out two caretaker missions themselves, including feeding, and will learn more about our species.
3.30 p.m. End of the activity. The children are accompanied by the mediator and the mediator-caregiver at the meeting point.

Restrictions
The programme is published for information purposes only. It is subject to change between your date of purchase and your date of participation in the activity. It may also be modified according to weather conditions or for reasons related to the well-being of our animals.
For the spring-summer version:
Group of 10 children maximum with a scientific mediator. The presence of an adult is compulsory, within the limit of 2 adults per child.
For the fall-winter version:
Group of 8 children maximum with a scientific mediator. We are no longer accepting adults on this new activity program.
Children under the age of 6 will not be accepted on the day of the activity and any payment already made cannot give rise to any refund.
Dogs are not permitted while participating in this activity, thank you for your understanding.

Stoppage of the activity
Each participant must strictly adhere to the safety instructions and the ZooParc de Beauval’s internal rules and regulations.
In the event of non-compliance with these instructions, the Management reserves the right to stop the activity at any time, without reimbursement.
