Discount available exclusively via the online ticketing platform on the website, at the Contact Center (by phone at 02 54 75 5000) and through tourism providers with access to the online ticketing system. Price not applicable at the box office. Ticket to be used on the date of your choice without reservation, before the expiry date. Tickets are valid for a visit from 05/26/2026 to 07/10/2026 inclusive. Ticket valid on the day of use only. The ticket is non-exchangeable, non-refundable, and non-extendable.

Stay Offer: -50% on the ZooParc 2-day+ Stay ticket for the purchase of a stay
Discount applicable to all packages including at least one night and a ZooParc 2-day+ Stay ticket, subject to allocated stock, for stays from 05/26/2026 to 11/15/2026 inclusive, subject to availability and eligible dates. Offer is non-retroactive and cannot be combined with any other discount. Any change to your booking dates will result in a price adjustment, particularly for dates not eligible for the offer. After the sales period, any change of dates or accommodation type will result in the loss of the promotional benefits, and any added services or participants will be charged at the rates in effect on the date of modification.

Included in the entry ticket: “Les Maîtres des Airs” bird show and “L’Odyssée des lions de mer” sea lion show, which are performed from the end of March to mid-November, access to “Le Nuage de Beauval” cable car, and access to the Equatorial Dome. No additional entrance fee is charged within the ZooParc.

ZooPasses are personal, nominative, and non-transferable cards, valid for 1 year from the date of purchase. Go to the ticket-office with confirmation of purchase.
Premium ZooPass: only 3 guided tour itineraries are offered. The above benefits are reserved for the ZooPass Premium holder and cannot be extended to accompanying persons. Discounts not cumulative with current offers. The benefits are only valid for any purchase of a ZooPass Premim from 11/13/2023.

Online payment by credit card (Carte Bleue, Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Google Pay, Apple Pay and ANCV Connect holiday vouchers (digital version, via the Contact Center and the online ticket office).
Paper ANCV vouchers are accepted by phone only for stay bookings (with a minimum lead time of 15 days before the arrival date).
Payment in 3 or 4 instalments with ALMA is available for any ticket order between €50 and €3,000 on the online ticketing service or by phone.
