Who is responsible for the processing of personal data?

The ZooParc de Beauval is responsible for all the personal data processing described in this policy.

What data is collected?

The categories of personal data collected vary according to the purpose of the processing in question.
Generally speaking, the ZooParc de Beauval will mainly collect your identification data, and in particular:

  • Your last name
  • Your first name
  • Your date of birth
  • Your address
  • Your email address
  • Your mobile telephone number.

If you consent to this by authorising the ZooParc de Beauval to collect your geolocation, the ZooParc de Beauval may use this data for the sole purpose of sending you targeted advertising material.

Who are the recipients of your personal data?

How long is your personal data kept?

  • If you have been a customer of the ZooParc de Beauval or Les Hôtels de Beauval (Beauval Hotels):

Your personal data is kept for the duration of your stay and is then archived for the time required to comply with applicable legal requirements before being permanently destroyed. The default archiving period is five years, in accordance with article L. 110-4 of the French Commercial Code.

  • If you are not a customer of the ZooParc de Beauval or Les Hôtels de Beauval (Beauval Hotels):
    • For the management of promotional activities or marketing carried out by the ZooParc de Beauval or Les Hôtels de Beauval (Beauval Hotels), your personal data is kept for a maximum period of 3 years from the last contact established with you;
    • For the management of newsletters, your data will be kept for as long as you are subscribed;
    • For website cookies, your IP address is kept for a maximum time period of 13 months;
