5:15 p.m. Meet at Campement d’Alva (in front of harpy eagles, near the Equatorial Dome and lesser kudus)
5:30 p.m. Guided tour begins
We’re looking for investigators! Come and earn your investigator’s certificate by helping our instructor track down all the monsters scattered throughout the park. Help our instructor learn more about them and find out how to send them back to their world. We’re counting on you!
7:00 p.m. End of the activity near Le Tropical restaurant
Guided tour available by reservation (online or by phone through the Contact Centre), or directly on site up until the tour departure time. You can book up to the day of your visit, subject to availability.
Children must be accompanied by an adult. This activity is suitable for people with reduced mobility, pushchairs and children over 6 years old.
Admission to ZooParc de Beauval is not included in the price. Access to the park requires a valid admission ticket or ZooPass.

11:45 p.m. End of the activity near the Equatorial Dome.
Guided tours must be booked in advance, either online or by phone. You can register up until the day of your visit, subject to availability. An adult must accompany children. This activity is not suitable for people with reduced mobility or children under the age of 6.
Excluding entrance fee to the ZooParc de Beauval. Access to the park requires a valid entry ticket or a ZooPass.
Practical information
What happens if I arrive late?
If you are more than 15 minutes late, ZooParc reserves the right to cancel your participation in the activity, with no possibility of a refund, rescheduling, or change of date. This measure is necessary to ensure that the activity runs smoothly and to respect the scheduled times of subsequent participants.
Image rights
The Management reserves the right to request the removal of content published on the internet and social media showing the behind-the-scenes of ZooParc de Beauval.
How can I book?
You can book online, by phone through the Contact Centre (+33 (0)2 54 75 50 00), or directly on site up until the activity’s departure time. You can book up to and including the day of your visit, subject to availability.
Online payment by credit card (Carte Bleue, Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Google Pay, Apple Pay, Swile Card, ANCV Connect holiday vouchers (digital version), and Kadeos Zénith Card. ANCV Connect holiday vouchers are also accepted via the Contact Center and the online ticket office.
Paper ANCV vouchers are accepted by phone only for stay bookings (with a minimum lead time of 15 days before the arrival date).
Payment in 3 or 4 instalments with ALMA is available for any ticket order between €50 and €3,000 on the online ticketing service or by phone.
