We are pleased to welcome you back to the ZooParc de Beauval!

“Pass sanitaire” (Health Pass)
Access to Beauval’s Hotels and spa is subject to possession of a Pass Sanitaire (Health Pass) for visitors aged 12 and 2 months and over.

Antigen testing
If you do not have a “Pass Sanitaire” (Health Pass) when you arrive, antigen testing can be carried out at the Saint Aignan laboratory. It is available Monday to Friday, 8:15 a.m. to 12 p.m. then 1 p.m. to 2:45 p.m., and 7:45 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. on Saturday mornings.

“Pass sanitaire” (Health Pass)

Access to the ZooParc de Beauval is subject to possession of a “Pass Sanitaire” (Health Pass) for visitors aged 12 years and 2 months and over.

This “Pass Sanitaire” (Health Pass) must include, either:

  • vaccination (full course of vaccination, seven days after the second dose)
  • Negative RT-PCR or antigen test conducted within the last 72 hours (the test must be repeated every 72 hours).
  • Negative salivary RT-PCR test which MUST have been performed in a laboratory
  • positive RT-PCR or antigen test attesting to recovery from Covid-19. Positive tests (RT-PCR or antigen) at least 11 days old and less than 6 months old indicate a limited risk of re-infection with Covid-19 (test less than 3 months old)
    The process for retrieving proof of a positive test is the same as for negative tests via the SI-DEP website. If the document is not downloaded within 3 months: a new test must be performed in order to download the document.

The “Pass Sanitaire” (Health Pass) can be presented either on paper or through the Anti-Covid application.

The ZooParc staff will do their utmost to accommodate you as efficiently as possible to ensure that you are quickly granted access to the zoo.

Health Measures

Throughout your visit, we request that you comply with the following health measures:

  • Wearing a mask is no longer compulsory in the pathways of the ZooParc except when the distance of 1 m cannot be respected. The wearing of masks remains obligatory in queues and interior spaces such as greenhouses, the Equatorial Dome, shops, toilets, restaurants, hotels, and performance spaces.
  • 140 alcohol gel distributors are located throughout the park as well as 18 water points equipped with soap for you to wash your hands
  • Please follow the direction markings on the ground and the visiting route indicated (walk on the right-hand side of the pathways).
  • It is preferable to make payments using contactless credit cards (up to € 50) or to use your own pen when paying by cheque.
  • Personnel are present throughout the ZooParc and in the restaurants to guide you and give you instructions.

The ZooParc de Beauval has implemented the following measures:

  • Employees are equipped with masks when indoors.
  • Additional catering points are open, and terraces have been extended.
  • Our cleaning staff are cleaning public areas more frequently.
  • Plexiglas partitions have been installed at points of sale.
  • Protective masks and bottles of alcohol gel are on sale in our shops.
  • The number of performances of the shows (L’Odyssée des Lions de Mer and Les Maîtres des Airs) has been increased
  • The Nuage de Beauval cable car is open.

At the hotels, we request that you comply with the following health measures:

  • Wearing a mask is compulsory until you have arrived at your table and also during any movement within the restaurant. When outdoors, wearing a mask is not compulsory.
  • Alcohol gel is available at the entrance of each restaurant.
  • It is preferable to make payments using contactless credit cards (up to € 50) or to use your own pen when paying by cheque.

Beauval’s Hotels have implemented the following measures:

  • Employees are equipped with masks when indoors.
  • Cleaning and disinfection of the premises has been intensified.
  • Floor markings are present at the entrance to the restaurants and indoor directional pathways have been reorganised.
  • There is a minimum of 1.50 m of physical distancing indoors.
