How does it work?
When you arrive at your hotel, you will receive a wristband at reception. Simply show it to enjoy early access to the ZooParc.

Whenever Beauval’s immersive experiences are running, a dedicated queue for Beauval Hotels guests allows you to access Les Maîtres des Airs and L’Odyssée des Lions de Mer more quickly.
How does it work?
Show the wristband you received when you checked in at your hotel to access the dedicated queue for Beauval Hotels guests.
Park in a car park reserved for Beauval Hotels guests
Dedicated parking close to the ZooParc
To make your arrival easier, a dedicated car park for Beauval Hotels guests is located close to the South Entrance. You can park just a few minutes’ walk from the ZooParc and reach the entrance easily.
How does it work?
Collect your parking permit from your hotel reception when you arrive and display it clearly in your vehicle to access the dedicated car park.

How does it work?

Is the dedicated queue for immersive experiences available all year round?
The dedicated queue is available whenever Les Maîtres des Airs and L’Odyssée des Lions de Mer are running. It allows Beauval Hotels guests to access the immersive experiences more quickly, but does not guarantee a reserved seat.
Is the animal encounter guaranteed?
No. A daily prize draw gives selected Beauval Hotels guests the chance to win an animal encounter including an activity and a feeding session. The encounter and its programme may be adapted depending on weather conditions or for reasons relating to animal welfare.
How many people can take part if I win the animal encounter?
If you win, the encounter is available to the guest who made the booking as well as the other guests staying in the same room.
Is the 15% Spa discount guaranteed?
The 15% discount at Les Jardins de Beauval Spa is reserved for Beauval Hotels guests and is subject to availability.
We therefore recommend booking your treatment in advance, either online or by phone, rather than waiting until the day of your visit.
