The Beauval gift card and Beauval e-gift card are accepted.

Depending on the point of sale, the following Kadéos gift cards are accepted:

The Swile card is not accepted in restaurants or at the receptions of the Beauval Hotels.
Cheques
Payment by cheque is accepted (subject to the applicable legal limits).

- At the reception desks of the Beauval Hotels*
- Through the Contact Centre (hotel stay bookings only)**
- In the shops
- In the restaurants
PLEASE NOTE
*At Le Relais Touraine Sologne, payment by cheque is not accepted on site. Cheque payments are only accepted by post.
**For hotel stay bookings made through the Contact Centre, payment must be received within 15 days and the booking must be be made at least 15 days before arrival. Entry tickets, activities, guided tours and the Zen Pass cannot be booked through the Contact Centre using payment by cheque.
ANCV holiday vouchers
We accept:
- ANCV Connect Holiday Vouchers (digital)
- ANCV Classic Holiday Vouchers (paper), depending on the point of sale.

No change can be given for ANCV Holiday Vouchers.

- Discovery activities (Keeper for a Day, First Steps as a Keeper, etc.)
- Products sold in the shops
- Beauval Boxes

Which forms of payment are accepted at the ZooParc and hotels?
Accepted payment methods vary depending on where you make your purchase at ZooParc de Beauval. You can pay by credit or debit card, in 3 or 4 instalments with Alma, using digital wallets, ANCV Holiday Vouchers, bank cheque, cash, a Beauval Gift Card, Kadéos Gift Cards or by bank transfer. Can I pay in installments at ZooParc de Beauval?
Yes you can. For orders between €50 and €3,000, you can pay in 3 or 4 installments with Alma (fees apply). This payment option is available through the online ticket office as well as via the Contact Centre for both tickets and stays.
Are ANCV holiday vouchers accepted?
Yes they are. ZooParc de Beauval accepts both ANCV Connect Holiday Vouchers (digital) and traditional ANCV Holiday Vouchers (paper), depending on the point of sale. They can be used to pay for tickets, stays, meals, and certain purchases made on site. Please refer to the detailed terms and conditions of use for each point of sale.
Can I pay with Apple Pay or Google Pay?
Yes you can. Apple Pay and Google Pay are accepted through the online ticket office, via the Contact Centre, and in the restaurants at ZooParc de Beauval.
Can I pay with cash or by cheque at ZooParc de Beauval?
Yes you can. Cash and bank cheques are accepted at several points of sale throughout ZooParc de Beauval, including the ticket offices, restaurants, shops, and, subject to certain conditions, at the Beauval Hotels and through the Contact Centre. Some restrictions may apply depending on the service.
Where can I use a Beauval Gift Card?
The Beauval Gift Card and Beauval e-Gift Card can be used at the ZooParc ticket offices, in the restaurants and shops, at the reception desks of the Beauval Hotels, and through the Contact Centre. They can be used to pay for a wide range of products and services offered by Beauval.
