Guided by a scientific mediator — a true ZooParc expert — you’ll be supported throughout the experience. They will share their knowledge, answer all your questions, and help you discover the animals and their environment in a whole new way.

PROGRAMME*
9:00 a.m. Welcome of participants on the forecourt of the South Entrance (before ticketing)
- Feeding the raccoons
- Light feeding and cleaning of the indoor okapi enclosures
- Aerial tour of the ZooParc aboard the Nuage de Beauval cable car
- Feeding the Aldabra giant tortoises
- Exclusive encounter with the manatees
12:00 p.m. End of the activity. The group is escorted by the mediators to the meeting point in front of the Equatorial Dome cave or to the South Entrance.
*Please arrive 15 minutes before the start of the activity at the indicated meeting point. As the proposed dates fall on long weekends, we recommend planning your arrival in advance to facilitate access to the park. Programme is provided for information only and may be modified depending on weather conditions or for animal welfare reasons.

Restrictions
The programme is provided for information purposes only and may change between the date of purchase and the date of participation. It may also be modified depending on weather conditions or for reasons related to the well-being of our animals.
The group is limited to a maximum of 6 participants, accompanied by a scientific mediator.
Children under 6 years old will not be admitted on the day of the activity, and any payments already made will not be refunded.
Interruption of the activity
Each participant must strictly adhere to the safety instructions and the ZooParc de Beauval’s internal rules and regulations.
In the event of non-compliance with these instructions, the Management reserves the right to stop the activity at any time, without reimbursement.
Image rights
Management reserves the right to request the removal of any content published online or on social media showing behind-the-scenes areas of the ZooParc de Beauval.
What can I bring on the day of the activity?
Don’t hesitate to bring a camera if you wish to take photos as a souvenir of your activity. Participants remain responsible for any such items.
Make sure you bring wellington boots and clothing that is appropriate for working with animals.

Online payment by credit card (Carte Bleue, Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Google Pay, Apple Pay and ANCV Connect holiday vouchers (digital version, via the Contact Center and the online ticket office).
Paper ANCV vouchers are accepted by phone only for stay bookings (with a minimum lead time of 15 days before the arrival date).
Payment in 3 or 4 instalments with ALMA is available for any stay booking between €50 and €3,000, by phone only.
